Alicia received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Northeastern Illinois University in 2018. Alicia has worked as a Clinical Counselor for Employee Assistance companies providing assessment, crisis intervention and short-term therapy. Alicia has experience inclusive of working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and work-life concerns. 

Sara Herman, MA, LPC, CADC
Mental Health Clinician 

Sara Herman is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified alcohol drug abuse counselor (CADC). Sara received her Master of Arts in Counseling, Specialization in Forensic Psychology from Adler University.  Sara believes in the importance of a therapeutic alliance and collaboration between therapist and client. Sara currently provides therapeutic services, both individual and group therapy, to adolescents and teens in Chicago Public Schools and has previous experience working in a private practice setting with court-mandated adults. While Sara’s theoretical orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy, she utilizes several evidence-based therapeutic approaches depending on the client’s needs. Sara’s clinical interests are working with teenagers and adults experiencing trauma, difficulty in life transitions, social and emotional needs as well as anger and stress management.

Brittany Avery, MA 
Mental Health Clinician 

Brittany received her Masters of the Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Purdue Northwest. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that guides clients to exploring their own journey in becoming self-aware. Brittany creates a safe, innovative  environment for the client to process, gain new perspectives and discover personal strengths. She enjoys working with children, couples and families of all backgrounds. She has been utilizing skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness. In her past time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Jessica Miller, M.A, LCPC, CADC, CPAIP  
Mental Health Clinician 

Jessica received her Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2015. She became a LCPC in 2018. With 4 years of experience, Jessica specializes in domestic violence and substance abuse.
